Can I combine pages from several PDFs?

Does rotating reduce quality?

No. The page isn't re-rendered, only its orientation changes — text and images stay exactly the same.

How do I select several pages at once?

Click the checkbox on a page, or hold Shift and click to select a run. Then rotate, delete or save just those.
